Lodging Reservation Deadline
Lodging reservations must be made before Thursday, July 14, 2009 in order to receive the special group rates listed below. After this date conference reservations will be taken on a space and rate available basis only.
To Make Lodging Reservations
Although the deadline has gone by, there are still some rooms available at the conference rate.
Call the Canyons Resort toll free at 1-888-226-9667 or direct at 1-435-615-3360, between 08:00 and 18:00 (8:00 am – 6:00 pm) Mountain Time. For world time zones, go to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ (Park City is the same zone as Denver)

About the Hotels
Choose from three hotel properties located at The Canyons Resort, see descriptions and rates below. The Canyons Resort Map shows the hotel locations (buildings 18, 19, 22), all within close walking distance of each other. All three hotels are entirely non-smoking properties including the restaurant and lounge areas, offer free covered self-parking, free high speed internet access, heated swimming pools, fitness areas, and do not allow pets.
Grand Summit Hotel & Conference Center (SIP host hotel) has a student rate of $79 for a Parlor that can sleep up to four people. The student rate is for students only. People traveling together and wanting multiple rooms may ask for either a single or double room that connects to a Parlor (these are listed as Suites).

Grand Summit Hotel & Conference Center (SIP host hotel)
The Canyons Grand Summit Hotel, a AAA Four-Diamond resort, is a combination of beautiful design, attentive service and livable luxury with a restaurant, lounge, fitness center & spa, outdoor pool & hot tub, business center, valet parking, bell service and room service. All SIP meeting facilities are located here.
Sundial Lodge
Located about 80 yards from The Canyons Grand Summit Hotel, this AAA Three-Diamond property features an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and on-site exercise facility.
Silverado Lodge
Located about 300 yards down the hill from the Grand Summit Hotel, the Silverado Lodge offers an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, and on-site fitness facility.
